2. PRODUCT

The type, quantity and main features of the ordered product, its price including taxes, any shipping and additional charges, and the total amount payable are shown in the order summary on the checkout page before you confirm your order. That summary forms an integral part of this form.

3. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Payment is made using the methods offered on the checkout page.

Products are made to order with the photos you upload and, once production is complete, are shipped to the delivery address you provide within the statutory 30-day period. Any shipping charge is shown separately in the order summary.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. Because Pixwrap products are produced individually from your photos and chosen design, there is no right of withdrawal once you have approved the print.

To cancel your order before approving the print, please write to destek@pixwrap.com.

This does not affect your statutory rights in the case of defective goods.

5. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

You can send complaints and requests to destek@pixwrap.com.

Disputes may be brought before the Consumer Arbitration Committee where you live or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and before the Consumer Court above those limits.

6. GENERAL

This form is presented to you before you confirm your order. The contract is concluded when you accept this form and the Distance Sales Agreement and complete your order. Your personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Notice.
